Where are the venues located?

The Welcome Event will be held in the heart of Hudson, New York at Rivertown Lodge – 731 Warren St, Hudson, NY 12534.

The Wedding Celebration will be hosted just 10 minutes away in Catskill, New York at Foreland – 111 Water St, Catskill, NY 12414.

What are the dress code requirements for both events?

Welcome Event: Smart Casual

Midi dresses or dressy separates in any color except white or cream.

Chinos or dress trousers with a button-down shirt, optional blazer or sweater. Polished but relaxed.

Wedding Celebration: Fall Formal

Dark suits and long dresses in any color except white or cream.

Please avoid short dresses, shorts, or casual attire.

Will transportation be provided to the wedding venue?

Complimentary shuttle service will run between Rivertown Lodge and Foreland (12 minutes each way). All guests were asked to confirm their participation in the shuttle service when they RSVP'd.

• Trip 1: 4:00 PM departure (arrive early, extra time to settle in)

• Trip 2: 4:35 PM departure (arrive closer to ceremony start time)

Please plan to be seated for the ceremony by 5:00 PM.

Return shuttles to Rivertown Lodge will depart Foreland at 11:50 PM and 12:20 AM on a first-come, first-served basis.

Will guest parking be available at each venue?

Parking at Rivertown Lodge

The hotel has a small dedicated lot with limited first-come, first-served spaces. Additional metered and unmetered parking can be found along Warren Street.

Parking at Foreland

For those driving to the venue, complimentary parking will be available in the lot immediately to the left of 111 Water St. Clear signage will be posted to guide you on arrival.
